Liu Wenxian, Male, was born in October, 1974, from Jingzhou of Hubei Province, with the current registered permanent residence in Shenzhen. Master¡¯s degree of law institute of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, mainly learned company law, intellectual property right and maritime law. Mr. Liu takes great concentration to study the legal theory and released eight high quality papers on the core legal magazines and provincially important magazines. He has handled more than 100 cases since December, 2001 and accumulated rich lawsuit skills, his case has ever been selected and regarded as the typical case to be reported on Law Today by CCTV. Mr. Liu has been invited to participate in the legislation discussion of Regulations of the People¡¯s Republic of China on Vehicle and Vessel Tax and given relative suggestion. From October, 2003 to June, 2006, Mr. Liu was the copartner of Hubei Yoga Law Firm (Wuhan); in July, 2006, he was employed by Guangdong SZGOLDENBULL Law Firm as a full-time lawyer.
